Will there be visual scores on the new web site?

The easy answer is yes the hard answer is when.

Some of the functions of the old web site were left off to help increase the speed of moving over to the new format (Visual and Raw data were left out of the data base component). We will be looking at bringing these scores back and deciding on a format for presenting them. Late in 2007 we had about 180,000 historical visual scores accessed and converted into preliminary breeding values. Initial results look very promising and we are hoping to present these scores in a similar format to the ASBV’s as well as the raw scores.
